These Terms of Service govern your use of techskoolglobal.org and the courses and services offered by Tech Skool Global ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or registering for a programme, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

Tech Skool Global provides online tech and career training. We offer free 4-week courses and paid 12-week programmes, and graduates may apply for our internship placement, TIM (Tech Skool Internship Market). Course content, schedules and cohorts may change from time to time.

2. Registration and eligibility

• You must give accurate and complete information when you register.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity on your account.
• If you are under 18, you should register with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Free courses

All 4-week courses are free of charge. Registration is required, but no payment is needed.

4. Fees and payment

• The fee for each paid programme is shown on its course page.
• For 12-week programmes, you may pay upfront at the end of registration or start your classes and pay later. The payment arrangement you choose is shown at registration.
• Online payments are processed by Paystack. We do not store your card details.
• If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us at info@techskoolglobal.org and we will review the matter promptly.

5. Certificates

A certificate is issued after you successfully complete the requirements of your programme, such as attendance, assessments and projects, as communicated by your instructors.

6. Internship placement (TIM)

TIM is an optional placement for eligible graduates. Access depends on completing your programme and meeting the selection requirements. We do not guarantee placement, a job offer or retention by any company, although we provide support such as mentorship, CV and portfolio review and job placement assistance.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our website or learning spaces. This includes sharing course materials without permission, harassing others, attempting to disrupt our systems, or using our platform for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.

8. Intellectual property

All content on our website and in our courses, including text, videos, designs and materials, belongs to Tech Skool Global or its licensors. You may use it for your own learning but may not copy, resell or distribute it without our written permission.

9. Disclaimers and limits

We work hard to provide quality training, but we cannot guarantee particular outcomes such as employment, income or business results, because these depend on many factors including your own effort. Our website and services are provided "as available". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest update. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
